The dolphins are located in North Lantau, where the South China Sea and Pearl river merge, making ideal feeding conditions for the small pod we have remaining. Due the large-scale development including the Hong Kong International Airport and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau bridge over the last thirty years, plus continued water contamination, the numbers of these beautiful creatures have been steadily decreasing. This experience is also of ecological importance, because along with sharing our love for these magnificent creatures and raising awareness to their situation, the trip supports the ongoing surveillance and conditions to report back to local researchers, in the hope that we can continue to protect their habitat.

This half day activity includes both local wet market walking tour and a cooking class. During the class, you will learn to cook 3 Chinese dishes, (2 persons per team, all hands on), to be followed by a demonstration dish towards the end.
