The staff were attentive, professional, and made sure every detail was just right throughout the meal. The food was exceptional beautifully presented and full of flavor. Every dish tasted fresh and perfectly balanced, and the desserts were simply divine. Whether you’re visiting for a special occasion or just want to enjoy a high-end dining experience, La Capitale truly stands out as one of Amman’s finest restaurants. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-quality French cuisine, impeccable service, and a memorable atmosphere. Fine dining experience the atmosphere is beautiful the service is excellent and the food is average Wow! The food was amazing here. Everything was perfect from the French Onion Soup to the Octopus and Chicken with Creme Mushrooms. Top it off with Chocolate mousse with Vanella ice cream and everything was perfect. Only downside is the smoke throughout the restaurant. They try for a non smoking area but it's right next to the smoking area and we are in the Middle East where everyone seems to still smoke.

A stunning restaurant in a picturesque setting. The food is outstanding, and the service matches its quality. We hosted a business dinner here for an American delegation visiting Amman for the first time, and the experience was flawless. The only observations: service can be slow when it’s crowded (I waited 17 minutes for my coffee after dinner), and the chips are often overcooked and soggy. Despite these minor issues, it’s absolutely a five-star experience!

An excellent brasserie located in the Four Seasons hotel. The food is thoughtfully prepared and tasty. The standout dish for me was the duck breast and my wife enjoyed the sea bass the most, but everything was on point. This was the only place in Jordan (restaurant or shop) we found that actually offered gluten free bread, and it was very good. The service was attentive and friendly. The space itself is very chic and modern, I edpecially like their choice of light fixtures. Overall it was excellent.
