**A Memorable Culinary Experience – New owners, new menu** Last night, I dined at this incredible restaurant with three friends, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the first bite to the last, every dish was a masterpiece—delicately prepared, with original and perfectly balanced flavor combinations that left us in awe. We decided to order a selection of dishes to share, allowing us to experience a variety of the chef’s creations. Each plate was a revelation, but the crowning glory was the aged steak—rich, tender, and cooked to perfection. The attention to detail in every component of the meal was extraordinary, and the food was easily worthy of Michelin stars. What made the evening even more special was when the chef came out to chat with us. He shared his approach to cooking, his passion for quality, and even the challenges he faces in sourcing consistent ingredients on island. His warmth and dedication added a personal touch that rounded off the night beautifully. This wasn’t just dinner—it was a truly memorable experience. If you appreciate exceptional cuisine served with heart, this place is a must-visit. Five stars without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quite a chill hang. It's a bit on the lower high end of cost inclusive service charge. The staff was quite humble and friendly. Bar tender was quite knowledgeable of mixing which made the experience better.

Slates completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, everything felt effortless. The service was amazing and the waitresses remember our names every time we go back. Every plate was curated to perfection and beautifully presented. You can tell they care deeply about what they do. Easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Can highly recommended the ham, egg and chips (like nothing you’ve seen before) and the chocolate delice.

The best meal I have had in years thanks to the imaginative culinary expertise of chef Colin. It was a wine tasting event & Colin prepared 7 delicious & balanced courses to accompany the different Provençal wines.
