Went to Aruba to celebrate my friend’s birthday. There were 5 of us with a reservation. We were seated right away. The service was great but the food and drinks were even better ! The scallops and short rib were a table favorite. My friend let me try the corn side that came with her fish dish and it is to die for ! We ended the night with a few desserts and the lava cake did not disappoint. Would recommend to anyone coming to Aruba !

This place had great drinks. The steak was cooked to medium rare that I ordered. The fries were crispy as I liked. The service provided was good. We did make reservation prior to coming here on the day before.

First day in Aruba and I am beyond satisfied! Tonight’s dinner choice was AZAR, and it was absolutely amazing. The ambiance, décor, vibe, service, and food were all top-tier! My server, Sindi, was a true gem; attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, offered excellent recommendations, and made sure I was well taken care of throughout the evening. I ordered the grilled scallops, harissa honey carrots, and fried yucca, and I was in awe from the very first bite. Each dish was seasoned and cooked to perfection and deliciously satisfying in every way. If I didn’t already have reservations lined up for the rest of my trip, I could easily dine at AZAR every night. They’ve definitely earned a permanent spot on my list of must visit restaurants whenever I return to Aruba. 🌴✨

I tried this place and the environment is very welcoming and charming. It has a mix of inside outside with the inside of one section of the restaurant being open to the outside. So you can feel that night breeze blowing if you sit in the right place. I ordered the roasted corn with tajin this was my favorite of my meal. And I also ordered the seasonal vegetables and for dessert I tried the caramelized delight. The apples were dang near rock hard so I mainly ate around them. But the dough around them and the toppings as well as the ice cream were good . To me it tasted like a cake donut with chocolate, caramel, and it has peanuts but I couldn't taste any peanut. The veggies again had a couple pieces that were tough so I couldn't eat it. The server and other workers were kind and helpful.
