We came here for lunch during our day spent in Aspen. We split their ‘Cassidy’ panini. It was good, but could’ve had more olives and pesto in it. The sandwiches are made fresh to order, so expect to wait 10-15 minutes for your sandwich if there’s a long line. The prices were very affordable for Aspen. They have a little bit of outdoor seating only. You can only order inside. They give you a discount if you pay with CASH!!!

The is a must stop for lunch in Aspen. Loved the vibe and the food is outstanding. I just got a basic turkey sandwich and my husband got the Garcia. Would absolutely stop here again. Super affordable and great experience.

Simply the best sandwich/deli place in Aspen. Sure, the walls are covered with Grateful Dead mementos, and the sandwiches all have cute Dead names, but the bottom line is the food is fresh, tasty, and they will tweak it any way you like. And I'm always greeted with a smile. My favorite casual place in Aspen.

The sandwiches are consistently fantastic. I especially like the Dark Star panini. Every sandwich is named after a Grateful Dead song. It's mostly a sandwich take out place, no indoor dining. But inside the deli are all kinds of cool Grateful Dead memorabilia. The staff are super cool and efficient.
