We had the tasting menu and it was delightful. Modern Indonesian fine dining. The light coming from the little lamp on the table, made the food look more appealing and vibrant. We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. Each course was delivered to the table with great timing. The food was full of flavour and a great serving size for each dish. The biggest standout for me was the scallop - perfectly cooked and served on top of a vege flavour bomb. Put Merah Putih on your list of places to try!

Made a reservation for lunch after seeing so many good reviews abt this place. Was hoping to try the tasting menu, since I’m dining alone. Unfortunately the tasting menu was only available for dinner. Their staff explained that alot of the produce for the tasting menu are only delivered fresh daily in the afternoon hence not available for lunch. So I went for the ala-carte menu instead. As i wanted to try as many dishes as possible, their staff were very accommodating towards my request for all my orders in small single portion. I’m truly appreciative of their attentive flexibility. Every dish was impeccable..definitely worth all the calories for the day. My favorite dish gotta be the bebek goreng. The pangsit udang broth was also very flavorful. They also have very nice cocktails..Ambience was great in the day, and I’m sure it would be even nicer in the evening. Special thanks to Agus….always ready to make the right recommendation of the dishes. Highly recommend coming here for dinner where the menu selection is more extensive. And I willf definitely come back to try their dinner menu. Thank you.

Been here a few times and it never disappoints! Always such a great dining experience at Merah Putih Bali! We started with the Rujak Oyster, the oysters were from Lombok, super fresh, and served with a unique spicy sweet rujak sauce. It was refreshing and different from anything I’ve tried before. For the mains, we had Babi Arsik, which came with two types of meat, ribs and pork belly. I personally preferred the pork belly, it was more tender and flavorful. The Bebek Menyat was also amazing, it looked like Chinese roast duck but cooked with Balinese nyat-nyat spices, and the duck was tender and juicy. We also tried the Ikan Sambal Mangga, grilled fish topped with mango chili sambal the mix of spicy, tangy, and fresh flavors was just perfect. Overall, everything was delicious, and I loved the restaurant’s interior design too.

It was a culinary journey across the Indonesian archipelago, with each dish representing a different island and style. The variety was incredible, and every single bite was bursting with authentic, yet refined, flavor. It's the perfect choice for anyone looking to explore the depth of Indonesian cuisine in a world-class setting. The service matched the exquisite food, with every staff member attentive and smiling. Combined with the beautiful ambiance and even the subtle, pleasing scent of the space, every detail was considered. For an unforgettable Indonesian taste with five-star service and atmosphere, Merah Putih is, without a doubt, the best choice. We will certainly be back.

Came for lunch Little did we expect to be dining in a Herbarium like joint which can easily hosts up to 200pax or more And their food is clean, deliciously well thought fresh produce All the items plated in their Nasi Campur Babi Panggang was on point. They just let the freshness of the produce do its magic. Nothing is over seasoned nor over complicated. Love their Perkedel Jagung!!! Miss Trta made our late lunch a wonderful affair with her megawatt smile and warm service In fact I think the entire team makes anyone feel super welcome
