Fantastic dinner tonight at Bluebird. Adam, our server was attentive and engaged but not hovering. We had the Tartar 10/10 (just add the shaved truffle, you only live once), scallops, oysters and steak frites. Every dish was balanced and cooked perfectly. I paired the meal with the Cedar creek rosé out of Oregon, fantastic wine, the bright acidity cut thru the richness of the meal. Both my girlfriend and I have now put this into top 5 meals we've had, and we have had some incredible meals! Highly recommend.

It is a lovely spot. Very cozy atmosphere, GREAT service. My server Sierra was very professional, sweet and caring. We ordered a bluebird salad, 20 oz ribeye and some mushrooms on the side. Everything tasted amazing, except the steak — we ordered medium rare but what we got was very overcooked. The steaks still tasted great, but it was definitely not a medium rare… medium or medium well done. I would still love to visit again because the service was great as well as the atmosphere and other food!

Lovely spot for breakfast/brunch, and delicious food! We got the eggs benedict and the mountain breakfast, both which were great. Honestly, the sourdough bread was superb (I would go back for this alone, haha) The sausage was a little different than I was expecting (texture/toughness); however, nonetheless, was still a great breakfast overall. My partner stated these were the best egg benedict he's had on the trip - we kept ordering them. The atmosphere is charming, and felt super cozy on a brisk day in Banff. Would absolutely come here again and recommend to everyone!

Walked in on a busy evening and the staff were very kind to seat us - expected an hour wait for the kitchen but it was worth the wait! The steak was cooked to perfection (medium rare)! And extremely tasty. The vegan risotto was a delightful surprise and we aren’t vegans and it was so flavourful and well textured that we could not tell that it has no cheese in it! Would happily order it as a main again! Broccolini was well grilled and generous! Great service as well. One of the more memorable meals that we had in banff ❤️

Love this place, especially for Fondue Happy Hour and $12 cocktails. 4 of us split a Fondue and had a couple cocktails each and really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and not being rushed out, even though we weren't spending a ton of money. We had been here once before and really enjoyed it then as well. That time we had the Cheeseburger and Cabbage dish. Everything is delicious!
