Very good atmosphere. Food was amazing, we just arrived 45 minutes before closing and the staff kindly served us! Food has quality and price is completely fair. Must try their craft beers if you are into. Make sure to ask for normal spicy in case you do not like it, otherwise, go for Thai spicy 😉 Wow - better tasting Thai food than most hotels, which tends to water down Thai flavors for fear tourists can’t handle real Thai food. We’ve been to Thailand for over 20 years and the Thai food here is as good as any good Thai restaurants in Bangkok! They got a really good chef here - some of our fav dishes are the tom yum shrimp soup, the fried turmeric fish & the sliced beef over flavored steamed rice. The restaurant is in the lobby of the cool & modern ASAI boutique hotel (a Dusit brand/property, barely 5 minutes walk from the Saint Louis BTS skytrain station. Staff (Khun Guide, Elle, & Nae Nae were great) speak English well & are welcoming & friendly/helpful. We’ll be back! Fantastic restaurant. We loved att he food we tried (Massamam beef, turmeric seabass, thai ice tea, mango sticky rice). But what makes this place so amazing is the friendly, attentionate and genuinely nice staff. We visited with our 2-year old and felt very welcome and had an amazing meal.

Love the cooking experience hosted here at Asai. The chef Knot and supervisor Guide are both very friendly and informative about Thai cooking and culture. Highly recommended for cooking enthusiats or someone who just wanna get some hands on activity. Good past time for a hot or rainy afternoon.

The SOI restaurant is highly recommended. The food is excellent—fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. I was especially impressed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who made the visit a truly great experience. I will definitely be coming back!
