Le Shack is a really pretty place to eat and it is right next to The Crane Hotel. When you walk in, you feel as though you have stepped into a charming French restaurant. The ambience is lovely and the setting is beautiful. The service was very good and the staff were pleasant. The only thing that let it down slightly was the quality of the food. The hand-cut fries were so thin and dry that they became stiff and hard. My Sprite was flat and had to be changed, and the chicken was a bit overcooked. We hope the restaurant takes these points on board and makes improvements ( edit:we did mention this to the lady who bought the card machine to let the chef know), as the setting, service, and atmosphere are wonderful. A few changes in the kitchen could easily make this a fantastic dining experience.

One of the best restaurants in the island! The owners were super welcoming and nice! Our waitress was also very attentive. The Virgin pins coladas and ginger beer were AMAZING. My personal favorite meal is the lamb shank. All the food was hot and fresh. The bread pudding was also scrumptious. Do yourself a favor and visit this place at least once!

Definitely places among top 3 on the Island. We went there tonight for our 8th year anniversary dinner & couldn't be happier. The service, food, drinks, atmosphere, everything was so amazing, & on top of that they even gifted us champagne for our anniversary, but our math got drunk & we ended up giving so much less tip that we wanted to (the machine was not set on % so we put the amount for the tip ourselves & just realized we didn't at all do a good job calculating it lol). I feel so bad I want to go back or call tomorrow & see how we can fix that 11% to 20% (we're not illiterate, the champagne & cocktails were just that good lol). Thank you Le Shack for the great experience, & the AWESOME food 🥂

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give more, I would!) Le Shack is an absolute hidden gem in Barbados. I honestly just walked here from my resort expecting a little roadside stand with some chairs and paper take-out. Instead, I found one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had—better than award-winning restaurants I’ve visited around the world. The food is fresh, full of flavor, and unforgettable. It wasn’t even on my radar when researching Barbados, which blows my mind—travel bloggers completely missed this one. Hands down the best meal of my entire trip (and maybe of my life). Don’t pass this place by!
