Great cooking by Chef Adi and team. Do ask for his hidden signature dish, the must-try fried rice with binchotan. Dessert was good too. It was good to see the Chef approached every table to introduce the dishes and ingredients used. Fantastic service by the serving team too. Ambience was warm and cosy. Had the pleasure of eating at Brasserie 1893 on our visit to Beijing. We were blown away with the service and the chef Madelaz is passionate, knowledgeable and professional. The tasting menu was absolutely exquisite, beautiful looking .our children were absolutely delighted (my 11 year old son is a big foodie and enjoyed the tasting menu too) to go into the kitchen and meet the chefs. A must try if you are in Beijing.

Had the pleasure of eating at Brasserie 1893 on our visit to Beijing. We were blown away with the service and the chef Madelaz is passionate, knowledgeable and professional. The tasting menu was absolutely exquisite, beautiful looking .our children were absolutely delighted (my 11 year old son is a big foodie and enjoyed the tasting menu too) to go into the kitchen and meet the chefs. A must try if you are in Beijing.
