Had some of the best giant shrimp I’ve ever tasted at this restaurant. Together with some other side dishes also. Service top notch. Ambiance amazing, the view from the top of the park hyatt is a must see when in beijing. Enjoyed sipping whiskey with an amazing view. This is definitely one of Beijing’s premiere restaurant. Nestled in the beautiful Hyatt Hotel on the 66th floor with breath taking panoramic views of the business district, the food is excellent, the service is superb. China Grill is a must visit while in Beijing. The Chinese wine list is worth considering. I enjoyed breakfast here as part of my stay at the fabulous Park Hyatt hotel. This restaurant is outstanding, with the staff welcoming when I arrived, showing me to a nice seat with views and offering me a coffee. Huuuuuge variety of breakfast options both eastern and western food. Other hotel buffet breakfasts can look here at what they should do, role model wow standard.

A wonderful restaurant with amazing views of the city! Everyone working were super friendly and welcoming. Everything we had was delicious! They were great with special diets and allergies, just ask! Located in the Park Hyatt.

I give this a five star rating for a restaurant within mainland China, which may equate to a slightly lower rating elsewhere. The food was delicious and the views incredible, however. The only reason I wouldn't give the China Grill an objective 5 stars in the price, which was slightly higher than one might expect from the quality of food. One of the best spots to enjoy great food and a view in all of China though!
