good Cantonese restaurant. As good as those in Guangzhou The goose feet are extremely good and so is the dimsum But the Alaskan crab was a let down. The meat was a bit soft. Best dimsum in Beijing, might be the best I've had, and I've been to Hong Kong and Vancouver. :) Everything we tried was delicious. The standout items were the har gow (shrimp dumplings), the red roll with shrimp, and the shrimp in crispy fried skins. Also has iberian ham char siu. The scallion pancakes were big and puffy, interesting. Also they pour tea for you, beautiful to see. If you don't want to get the fancier teas there's a 10 yuan per person version too. This place was packed with locals. It's okay. The market opens at 8 o'clock and people will be available gradually at 9 o'clockThe dishes are okay
