One of the first places that we tried whilst in Beijing for 2 weeks, and this then became our most popular food place to go to on an almost daily basis. Just around the corner from Wangfujing, easy to find, friendly staff, quick cooking, incredible pricing, and the food is the best we tried in all of Beijing. In particular, the Kung Pao Chicken, the dumplings, and the middle dishes that they did were just extraordinary. Months later I am writing this review, just wondering how I could get a taste of their Kung Pao Chicken again, as it was that good. Everything was splendid. But be prepared to use a translation application to talk to the staff, just in case. Small restaurant run by it's own family. Location in hidden gem nearby Wungfajing Road. Friendly owner, fresh cooked foods, variety options of the food, and of course delicious & tasty. Use translation to communicate with them. They have menu in English language. One of the first places that we tried whilst in Beijing for 2 weeks, and this then became our most popular food place to go to on an almost daily basis. Small restaurant run by it's own family. Location in hidden gem nearby Wungfajing Road. Friendly owner, fresh cooked foods, variety options of the food, and of course delicious & tasty. Use translation to communicate with them. They have menu in English language.

Came across this restaurant when we were in the neighborhood and the skewers pictures looked amazing. The place is small and seems like popular amount the people who work around the area as we were the only tourist in the restaurant. We ordered a few skewers, dumpling and their ramen style soup. Everything was average except the skewers which were amazing! The staff were very nice!
