It was overall a good experience, the salmon roll was tasty, the grilled octopus with hummus was delicious but the octopus portion was very small, not suited for more than 2 people. The shrimp salad was not very special, it needed more greens and shrimps and had no sauce. The burger was very tasty and the meat was juicy. The service is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly. Absolutely amazing experience! The service is outstanding and the food is exquisite! The place has an unique vibe, perfectly situated in downtown Beirut. Highly recommend it! The place is nice. I called two hours ahead and they had tables available. Service was average, we had to wait until the end of our meal just to get a bottle of water. The food is decent (a lot of choices). We ran into a serious issue with the bill. The total in Lebanese pounds was correct, but the USD amount had been manually changed with a pen from $150 to $160, without any explanation. At an exchange rate of 90,000 LBP per USD, the total should have been $150, not $160. This felt like an attempt to overcharge anyone who isn’t paying close attention. We didn’t confront them since we were with family. We paid the $160 shown, without leaving a tip due to the altered bill. Afterwards, the waiter offered to “close the bill” and brought a new check showing $150. It left the impression that they inflate totals to push for higher tips. It’s a shame for a restaurant/waiter to be this desperate.

Absolutely amazing experience! The service is outstanding and the food is exquisite! The place has an unique vibe, perfectly situated in downtown Beirut. Highly recommend it!

Leo La Terrasse is a nice restaurant in Downtown Beirut. It's decor is very nice and the food is good, but not amazing. Their drinks are fine. I have to say though that the service is great.

Basically for dessert, we ordered most of the dessert menu. The dessert selection is limited. I expected more for desserts. The tiramisu served in a cup has good presentation but putting coffee beans on top is so dumb. While eating the tiramisu I had coffee beans in my mouth crunching them (i did not enjoy that). Please ameliorate your dessert menu. Also ice cream is a bit mid.
