Our dining experience this evening in celebration of our anniversary exceeded our expectations. The service was equally as exceptional as the food. The presentation was impeccable and the fusion of flavors made our pallets very happy. Thank you to the entire staff for your impressive etiquette. A special thank you to Julie and the gentleman that rushed outside to take perfect pictures of us. This is definitely an experience we will never forget.

Visiting Gonzalo & The Princess on our last evening was one of the main highlight of our trip to San Pedro. The atmosphere, service and food were amazing. The wait staff truly makes your visit memorable and our waitress Julie was the best I’ve ever seen! So glad we were told about this place it’s a hidden jewel. It was just a short walk from our hotel Alaia. Highly recommend it!

Pasting my husband, Tate’s, review from 2 days ago below, as he’s more eloquent than me. I agree with every word. We loved this restaurant! We are pretty serious food people. I frankly don’t think anywhere else on the island is even trying to operate at this level. Gonzalo and the Princess is trying. And they are succeeding. As admittedly snobby foodies, this place is up there with every other place we have splurged on. Shaquille took excellent care of us. These people care - you can tell in the service, the food, and the experience as a whole. Wishing nothing but the best for this team. Please eat here so they can continue to build their very deserved legacy.

My husband and I had an excellent fine dining experience at Gonzalo and the Princess. The cocktails were fabulous. The bread and butter, the lobster papas bravas, the salmon, the churrasco and the cheesecake were all memorable. What really stood out was the service. It was quite possibly the best service we have experienced at a restaurant in Belize and we live in Belize. They are bringing something to the table that Belize was lacking; not only do I commend them for that, I will recommend them highly for that. Bravo 👏🏻

Excellent restaurant. Service was great, atmosphere was very nice. The food was exceptionally excellent. We ordered fried plantains, the pork belly dish, shrimp risotto and the brownie for dessert. Everything was great. Probably one of the top 3 restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. Very impressed.
