Main Street Restaurant in the BVI didn’t leave any room for error—they delivered across the board. To be fair, I came in hungry (no breakfast, lunch was just an orange), so expectations were high. I kicked things off with wings as an appetizer (a friend did too), and they came out perfectly crispy, packed with flavor, and just the right amount of bite. For dinner, I went with the curry shrimp—absolutely on point. The shrimp were plump and juicy, the curry was rich, bold, and layered with flavor. Honestly, I wanted to lick the plate clean, but I held back since I was in public. And then dessert… the chocolate chocolate cake. One bite and I knew I’d be carrying the rest home. Moist, decadent, and pure indulgence—no words other than YUM! All in all, Main Street hit every note: flavor, presentation, and satisfaction. A must-visit if you’re in the BVI.

Exceptional service and unforgettable flavors! Every bite was a delight nothing was left behind. The music was a bit loud at first (we were seated near the bar), but one of the staff members noticed without us even saying anything and kindly turned it down. That attention to detail really stood out. It created the perfect vibe for everyone dining and having conversations. I had heard about their oxtail tacos and thought, “What is oxtail doing in a taco?” But my guest and I are adventurous eaters and wow, they were incredible! We wanted more but held back since we had already ordered a variety of dishes. Everything was amazing from that point on. One staff member lingered a bit longer than expected, but she was still kind and professional. Overall, the whole team made us feel truly welcome. Main Street Restaurant BVI is a must visit gem. Great food, warm service, and a vibe that hits just right. We’ll definitely be back!

WICAT wrapped up an incredible island sailing adventure with a dinner at Main Street and it was the perfect finale! The wait staff was super friendly and impressed us with their attentiveness. They had no issues accommodating our large group without missing a beat. Cozy atmosphere and absolutely incredible flavors! It was an awesome way to end our trip. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Tortola!

I always somehow find myself at Main Street restaurant with my friends and the food and service is always top tier. Not only do the staff remember you after your second or third visit, but they’re always willing to accommodate our reservation, give food suggestions and banter playfully with our table during the periodic check-ins. Truly feel at home here. The service is absolutely amazing! Friendly and patient staff and you always see the same faces (low turnover is a great sign!). The service is second only to the food which is some of THE BEST the BVI has to offer. Absolutely flavorful; consistently! There’s not a single thing I have tried that I didn’t like. Worth every penny. Wish I could give it 10 stars seriously. This is how a good restaurant experience is done.

Such a vibe!!! The owner was very accommodating! The restaurant was closed due to it being Sunday but he opened just for us to service us with cocktails and great conversations. He shared his experiences and his journey along the way! Can’t wait to experience the entire experience.
