We had gotten Johnny cakes at Pinky’s last year and promised ourselves if we ever got the chance we’d go back…and we just did! Her revamped outdoor seating area looks great! We got the lunch special earlier today (jerk chicken, pasta/potato salad & coconut bread) and it was divine. Easily the best meal we’ve had on our entire BVI trip. She also has a very wide variety of cold beverages available. After dinner at Foxy’s we capped off the night with Johnny cakes which Pinky lovingly packaged to go so we could take them back to the boat. This place is such a gem! Just a short stroll off the beaten path. You must check it out for yourself! Our group got fish, ribs and rice. We had to wait a bit for the rice but it was well worth the wait. Everything was delicious and big portions. Pinky's is a gem! Thank you for a delicious dinner!! Amazing local experience. Pinky is really amazing! We have been 3 times in a week 😁Thank you so much!!!

Our group got fish, ribs and rice. We had to wait a bit for the rice but it was well worth the wait. Everything was delicious and big portions. Pinky's is a gem! Thank you for a delicious dinner!!

Great evening at pinkies delight excellent traditional food fried chicken, Johnny cakes, conch roti, pasta with shrimp just behind the main road highly re commended excellent value and full of friendly locals 👍

The waiter and everyone was so so friendly but honestly the food was only okay. I got fish and chips and both were less than stellar. Our table got different dishes and most people seemed to like theirs though. It was over an hour wait for the food as well. Would probably try something else on the island instead next time.
