Came here for a day trip and Kimberly the bar tender and Dave the umbrella and chair expert gave us the most amazing service. The food was good! The chair were free! But Kimberly and Dave were a whole vibe!! One of the best places my family has been on a day trip off a cruise!

Lovely. We spent five hours on the beach at the front of the Rythm + Sands restaurant & bar, arriving shortly before 9am and leaving just after lunch. We didn't pay anything for our sunbeds, and the guy dug in an umbrella for us for a little shade. We had a bucket of five beers for $20 plus a couple of cans of cider, another $5 each, so it wasn't particularly expensive. We were given two buckets of ice to keep our drinks nice and cold. At lunchtime, we had a bowl of their thick fish chowder, which was lovely, plus a portion of their jerk chicken, which was lovely served at the beach bar rather than in the main restaurant. There was live music for about an hour. The restaurant and bar are at the nearest point of Cane Garden Bay to the road as you arrive from the main town and port, and from what we could see is the quietest part. We also hired a jetski from the guys next door at BVI Jetski, but that's a different story. A really eventful and enjoyable half hour or so, and something that we'd recommend doing, as you get a totally different view of the beach and coastline. Just don't take your phone. It's a lovely beach, not too busy when we visited as ours was the only cruise ships in port. Apparently when there are three or four ports in, it does get really busy. The atmosphere was really good, everyone was really friendly and if you're offered a trip or tour and say no, no one is really pushy, they thank you for your time and don't get pushy. Wonderful place in paradise. Great food and drink. Service is amazing. Free chairs and umbrellas. Came on a cruise. Stayed for a day trip. Ask for taxi 88. He is the best.

The place is super cute, clean, and has a spectacular view of the bay! The service by Chanel was superb! The breakfast was really good, except we ordered the well-done scrambled eggs, which came wet, and the ham was inside the scrambled eggs, which came on the side. Otherwise, it was super delicious.
