Recommend! Fun casual atmosphere inside the Mercado San Telmo. Sirloin was tasty and the server cut the delicious Tenderloin with a spoon!!! Condiments, especially the chimichurri, were done well. Salad was generous and fries yummy. I enjoyed the Argentinian national drink of Fernet & Coca Cola. Excellent! The meat is incredible, and the service and atmosphere are also very nice. A perfect way to experience how Argentinian steak is made. I definitely recommend sitting at the bar to watch the preparation. Well... For sure I wasn't attended by the owner of the business, night of the museum we were with a large group and wanted to order wines for the table but was told the kitchen was closing, fine we only wanted wine. I can putting plastic cups for you (at 10 dollars a glass), because we are closing... Full bar with people drinking wine in proper glasses... I am used to this style of business here. Somethings you cannot blame on Perón.

San Telmo is a great market and Hierro Parrilla was a good choice amongst the great food options. Fun team running this place made lunch time great. Good sausages barbecued over wood fire .
