You are going to Jagalchi Seafood Market, the largest fish market in Korea and the heart of Busan, and the over 100-year-old years old traditional Bupyeong Food Market, and learn about Korean food ingredients and local food culture in Busan, and taste delicious Busan food. ・Minimum number of tour is 4persons. After the cooking class, you are going to tour the 100-year-old Bupyeong Food Market with the chef to learn about Busan's ingredients and food culture. Also, you can get help with buying food products i.e Korean sauce if you want.

We only harvest and use vegetables from March to October at the rooftop garden. This is because the weather is cold from November to February. We have a class while watching the chef's demonstration. We learn 2 dishes. We make tofu stew with soft tofu and Korean pancakes with vegetables. We also make dipping sauce. We eat after we make it.
