A special shout-out to Rebeca and Eliel, who were incredibly kind and attentive from start to finish. Their service made the experience feel even more special. And the food… delicious. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Overall, an amazing experience! I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Cancún! I cannot recommend Nicoletta’s enough! Their staff was absolutely incredible, and attentive. The food deserves so much more than only 5 stars - give them their Michelin star already!! My husband and I came here on our trip in Cancun to celebrate our one year anniversary, and we couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved every single aspect of this amazing dining experience, to the point where if we could, we would fly here just for the food. Will 1000% come back on our next Cancun trip over the years to come!

We walked into Nicoletta on Saturday evening without a reservation and were welcomed like old friends. The food was incredible—proper, comforting Italian with so much flavour—and the service truly made the night special. Alex and Ivan took such great care of us, checking in at all the right moments and adding to the vibe without ever being intrusive. We were also entertained intermittently by a live singer throughout the night, which added a beautiful energy to the whole experience and made the atmosphere feel even more vibrant. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday, and the team surprised her with a dessert complete with sparkles, plus two extra desserts on top of that. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the evening genuinely memorable. Nicoletta delivered on atmosphere, food, and hospitality. A perfect night out in Cancún.

The place was beautiful! And great food. I had the most delicious best affogato here. The service was excellent. Julian and Mario gave us outstanding service, thank you for such a wonderful experience! Hope to visit again sometime when in Mexico, especially for the affogato!
