This place was incredible from start to finish. I went with the chicken scarpariello, and never had anything like it, the sauce was out of this world. I tried some of my family’s meals as well, and all were delicious. Tito waited on us, he was extremely friendly, easy to talk with, and knowledgeable, which makes sense with his 19yrs of experience there. He definitely helped make the experience an even better. Last thing, both the cream lemoncello and the homemade lemoncello(that their bartender makes from his Italian family’s recipe)are worth trying. We will definitely be back the next time we are in grand cayman. Once again our favorite meal on the Island. Same delicious food that we had 2 years ago combined with phenomenal service. Their attention to detail is unparalleled. I watched servers check wine glasses before placing them on the table, and immediately come over to replace silverware as needed. The servers and waitstaff all work very hard and are so incredibly friendly. It’s a warm friendly environment with the best food. And Roberto and Ricardo are wonderful! We had brunch. Due to a late change in plans we had the opportunity to sit at the bar thanks to the manager, Elita! The bartender, Emma, took great care of us. Working on plans to get back there again during our trip!

Pappagallo is definitely my favorite after attending a catered event. The food was so delicious. The atmosphere was really nice. I will definitely go back on my next trip. And they were very attentive and helpful with severe food allergies.

The Sunday Brunch was amazing 👏. The food selection was above and beyond. Everything was so perfectly laid out and the staff was on point with keeping the items restocked. The Servers are so attentive and easy to work with when you have large groups. We will definitely be doing Brunch here again.
