This place was absolutely spectacular! We went there 5 times in our 5 days in Chiang Mai. They’ve got a gluten free menu and are great with gluten free, and all the staff are so friendly and amazing at what they do. They remembered us each time, and even gave us a little gift before we left of some beautiful coasters as a thank you for being loyal. The food was some of the best we’ve had in Thailand, the service was so quick despite how busy they always are, and the vibes of the restaurant were upbeat and welcoming. Be prepared to wait a little to get in, it’s that popular, but it is so worth the wait. And the best part? It’s also the cheapest place we’ve eaten at in Thailand!

I visited It’s Good Kitchen a few years ago and loved it so much that we came back this year — and it was just as amazing as we remembered. There’s always people around, no matter the time of day, but somehow you always manage to find a seat. We went twice this time and tried the Panang curry, stir-fried kale in oyster sauce, chicken cashew nut, and of course the famous mango sticky rice. Every dish was full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and truly delicious. The portions are just right, and the food tastes incredibly fresh and authentic. The staff were genuinely friendly, smiling, and very attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Without a doubt, this place deserves a 10/10. If you’re in Chiang Mai, you must eat here — real Northern Thai flavours, a cosy local vibe, and wonderful people.

Popular place and very worth it. We loved our meal here and the staff were sooo nice. It might look like it’s not authentic as only tourists eat here, but we found the food to be really nice and true to Thai cuisine. Would absolutely recommend

Nice restaurant with decent food. Expect to line up if you want to eat here because it seems that every tourist in Chiang Mai also wants to eat here. Service was ok - our meals did not come out at the same time, and, before I had even swallowed my last bite, our table was quickly cleared and we were asked whether we wanted to order anything else before paying. Restaurant was full of people so atmosphere was great. If you eat at the front of the restaurant make sure you know that the hungry queue of people waiting to enter will be watching you (which is something I actually quite enjoyed).

Don't let the queue outside put you off. You grab a ticket and wait to be called, but I got a table within 10 minutes. It's so well organised and the staff are incredible and so attentive. I ordered the Khao Soi which currently is the best I have eaten. Depth of flavour and quality was so good! Also ordered the mango sticky rice. Highly recommend the chicken Khao Soi and will definitely be back again.
