It's only a 4-mile walk up and down the tree-covered symbol of Saint Lucia- that is, up a winding trail that climbs the steep, rain forest-covered slopes of a 2,619 foot volcanic mountain. Periodically, the trees give way to breathtaking vistas of the emerald-green island and the too-blue waters of the Caribbean. Guides are mandatory, but full of knowledge. The caves once used as shelters by freedom fighters of the Brigand war, brightly colored tropical birds and lush vegetation that includes giant gommiers (used to make canoes), the smaller swizzlestick tree ( used to make swizzle sticks) and "peeling tourists" - trees with flaky brown bark that looks painfully familiar to anyone who's fallen asleep on the beach without sunblock.

St Lucia is rated as one of the unexploited underwater secrets in the Caribbean. With its pristine and highly diverse coral reefs, pinnacles and shipwrecks, this island offers the visitor the ideal snorkel adventures! On this 5-hour small group tour you board a spacious boat from Marigot Bay to visit two prime snorkeling sites over reefs teeming tropical fish. You will also enjoy a full buffet lunch on board the boat in between snorkel stops.

The tour begins after being picked up at your resort in an air conditioned vehicle by an experienced driver/tour guide. Bottled water and local piton beer will be available. Picturesque stops are made along the way overlooking the capital city, Castries and when driving along the west coast. This will include seeing banana plantations and driving through a couple of quaint villages with viewpoints. Continuing along the west coast before getting into Soufriere Town, we also get spectacular views of the Twin Peaks ( Gros & Petite Piton). Then we get to visit the different sites including the Sulphur Springs Park (Drive-In Volcano) where you can do the tour and/or mud bath. Also, Tet Paul Nature Trail, Diamond Waterfall/ Botanical Garden, Toraille Waterfall and zip lining if you so desire.
