This place was recommended to us by local Greeks and it did not disappoint. The dishes are generous and delicious. The seafood couldn't have been more fresh. I highly recommend. You know a place is good when locals and tourists frequent it. Thank you for a very nice dinner. Recommended by my hotel. Fantastic meal and the portions were huge. I had the snails and seafood risotto. Both dishes were shareable. Which many diners were doing. Staff was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was very busy on a Sunday evening and watching the staff work together was pure art. I would return again and again. Warm, friendly atmosphere and delicious food. Recommended by a friend who is local, the place is fantastic! Food, service and atmosphere is 5 stars, the waiter who served us (big guy with a beard) was fantastic, will be back even if I have to fly from Australia to Crete! The Raki was great also :)

We were just passing by when Yannis showed us the menu. We were intrigued but not certain if the food would be nice or touristic flavours. But then, the food arrived. Dish after dish it was full of flavour and authentic flavours of Greece. Loved every morsel. Then they surprised us with the complimentary dessert and chilled raki too. Enjoyed every moment of our dining experience. Thank you Yannis (the guy outside) who showed us the menu. Great job Will I go there again. YOU BET. I highly recommend.

Very nice restaurant looking to Venetian Fortress Rocca a Mare. We had lunch around 14h on the terrace. The portions are huge, the food is delicious, the order arrived for 15min. As a compliment we received bred as a starter, and 2 deserts- a plate with seasonal fruits and fried buns with ice cream. I saw that the other tables received aperitif as well for free.It wasn’t possible for as to eat everything so they packed it for home for free. The prices are very reasonable and for me even cheap considering the location of the restaurant. Definitely you have to try it!
