This was recommended by our landlord and it didn't disappoint. The service was first class and the food was even better. Washed down with typical Cretan hospitality in the form of Raki and dessert, it was a very memorable night at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend a visit. Really a brilliant restaurant. This was our second visit. Tonight we had the zucchini flowers, avocado salad, and lamb liver; also grilled rosemary chicken. Edit for emphasis: we do not ordinarily order liver of any kind, because most restaurants in Canada that offer it can't do it right. After our visit to this restaurant last night, we trusted them to do it right, and they did. It was beautifully tender and extremely rich and tasty. House wine is just fine. I had the red last night with my lamb, and the white tonight with the chicken. Extremely tasty as well. This place is SO nice! Honestly one of our best meals in two weeks in Crete. Excellent food at VERY reasonable prices, super-friendly service and very nice ambience / decor / setting too. HIGHLY recommended!

This place is SO nice! Honestly one of our best meals in two weeks in Crete. Excellent food at VERY reasonable prices, super-friendly service and very nice ambience / decor / setting too. HIGHLY recommended!

This was the best restaurant experience we had on vacation! We had a larger group (6), and the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and made excellent recommendations. As someone who knows 0 greek, it was extremely helpful. The Creta cocktail and mojitos were so fresh. And then absolutely get the baked dessert and the orange cake!
