We were on the road from Elafonisi to Chania when we stopped by. The tavern is so cute and the food was so good and absolutely delicious! They have lovely Cretan food and everything tastes like it was cooked by Grandma with love. Would highly recommend! We selected this spot based on the google reviews… we weren’t disappointed. Wonderful friendly, attentive staff and delicious food. We ordered too much, and the waiter offered to pack our leftovers into a takeaway container for us. Plus they have spotless toilets. The food was delicious, recommendations for cretan carbonara with homemade panceta and goat butter (was better than Rome's carbonara) also homemade village sausages with homemade Pommes and fresh green vegetables "Horta". Outstandable!

Loved the ambiance and the quality of food! Bustling with locals and tourists alike, a must do roadside pit stop. The real Cretan experience 🐐🇬🇷 the photo shows nothing leftover = happy bellies 😊

Fantastic food - The cretan pasta was the highlight for us, it was delicious. We loved the saganaki and lentil balls too. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and gave us great reccomendations.
