Set in the fishing port of Piscadera, De Visserij keeps things wonderfully simple: fishermen unload the day’s catch, and the kitchen grills it with little more than butter, herbs, and a squeeze of lime.

Guests choose their seafood at the counter, pay by weight, then settle at picnic tables that overlook the harbor. It’s part fish market, part beach shack, and entirely Curaçaoan.
