Sharmen was a great waitress, she delivered amazing customer service from the start to the finish. The food is also top notch and really good quantity. I highly recommend anyone visiting Dubai to come here. We had breakfast at Parker’s in Dubai Mall and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is cozy and stylish — perfect for a relaxing morning. We tried the Parker’s Club Sandwich and the Zaatar Benedict, and both were amazing. The Club Sandwich was packed with flavor — fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted bread, and just the right portion. The Zaatar Benedict was a pleasant surprise, combining a traditional Middle Eastern twist with classic eggs benedict — creamy, zesty, and beautifully presented. Service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out quickly and fresh. Definitely a great spot for a tasty and creative breakfast in the mall! Rakesh is very professional when assisting us and he made sure everything we need is served. He also asked appropriate questions. He’s very respectful as well. The food is good but not as good as we expected. The atmosphere was a little noisy with staff doing things around.

Rakesh is very professional when assisting us and he made sure everything we need is served. He also asked appropriate questions. He’s very respectful as well. The food is good but not as good as we expected. The atmosphere was a little noisy with staff doing things around.

I came here today with my sister and my mom. We had the best experience ever: beautiful location with breathtaking view, super kind and welcoming staff and delicious Matilda cake. Thank you to Amine Hlimi for greeting us with a smile and always making sure everything was fine. He’s the best!! We definitely recommend the place and will definitely come back here soon!

I had an amazing dinner at Parker’s! The food was delicious, but the highlight of the night was definitely the Matilda cake – rich, indulgent, and absolutely worth it. Our waitress, Shiveine Khamal, made the experience even better. She was very polite, attentive, and gave us great suggestions that we truly enjoyed. Excellent service and atmosphere overall – can’t wait to come back!
