The Hill House Restaurant at Fowl Cay Resort

This is a dining experience worth trying. Although pricey, it includes your cocktails, essentially 2 appetizers, main course, & homemade dessert. You will not find Fine Dining level like this in the Exuma chain of family islands. Duran the bartender created a special hand-crafter Hennessey cocktail for me. The Team could not be nicer & even met me in the rain with an umbrella at the dock. The restaurant atmosphere is lovely & the chef is outstanding. You must make reservations & choose your entree from their daily menu. The menu changes constantly. I attached sample photos.

This is my favorite restaurant on Earth! It helps that the resort is also my favorite place on Earth! lol ….the food is divine, the service first class and the room and the views literally breathtaking 💖💖💖

We just finished seven (7) days staying on Fowl Cay - the food was amazingly good - the executive chef is very talented and creative - each night there were fish, vegetarian, and meat options. We are from New Orleans and the food rivaled many of our best restaurants at home.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Very easy to make a reservation over phone. Very prompt and detail response by the staff. Welcome at the boat dock was very warm. Great cocktails and food and the best service we had in Bahamas. On the departure they outdone themself in service attitude. My husband is handicapped with somewhat limited mobility. They rearranged out of their boats so he had easier access to our dinghy. Unbelievable attention to detail. Worth every penny. Thank you Fowl Cay your staff is THE BEST

We had the best trip at Fowl Cay. Dinner every night was a highlight. We loved having the cocktail hour and then having dinner. It was a wonderful treat!
