First time here! Stopped for Sunday Brunch. The food was the best we’ve had here this whole week! Atmosphere is beautiful on the water and the staff was so sweet! Chatted with us about the history of the restaurant and very attentive! Highly recommend!! We enjoyed our experience here. Greeted with a smile and a funny joke from the bartender, he was a trip! Our food was great shrimp and grits and chicken and waffles and it arrived quickly. 2 waters, 2 beers, 2 frozen drinks with 2 meals totaled a bit over $65, very decent value. The views are absolutely incredible!! Nice little lunch spot. While on vacation in Exuma, we took our friend to dinner at Tim’s to celebrate her birthday. Our waitress brought free lemon drop shots to the table to start! Killer views. The dinner was lovely. I didn’t expect to leave the restaurant with such a full heart, though. Our friend who had planned the trip had read that the restaurant was opened in honor and memory of the owner’s father. When we mentioned this to the waitress, she grabbed the owner, Elaine, Tim’s daughter, who then grabbed her uncle Ben to sit down and share the story. They had us in tears. Thank you for sharing Elaine and Ben. Your dad and brother is proud! 🙏 Also, this angel Elaine offered to give us a ride back to our condo, but we had already called our cab. ❤️

I don’t write many negative reviews, ( check out my other reviews); but Tim’s earned one last night. Many, many locals and regulars recommended Tim’s and we made reservations well in advance. Upon entry the music was loud and our waitress promised it would be turned down. It wasn’t. A member of our group ordered an Old Fashion drink and it was horrible, I tried it. He ordered another drink and it was nasty again. It tasted like paint thinner! It was pasta night so everyone got pasta. When dinner came every single person at our table remarked our spicy the food was. Not even a good spicy, but just way too much black pepper spicy. Nobody finished their meal and we may return, but confidence is low.
