Perfect food! The staff is amazing — so lovely and attentive. They took the time to explain each dish in detail, making the whole experience even more special. They were also incredibly flexible, even changing our reservation time without any problem. I absolutely loved the pork dish so much that I asked for it again, and they happily served it to me a second time! Highly recommended — a small but extremely cozy place with delicious food and outstanding service.

This place serves food that one does not fully comprehend due to the comprehensive ingredient mix and complex flavour profiles, but boy, does it delight course after course. Set out as sharing dishes, prepare to be wowed. Highly recommend the crab, pork jowl, fish carpaccio.

I think everything I wanted to say has already been said by other reviewers. I read most of the reviews before booking for my birthday, and I had such a great experience. I loved every single dish, and the dessert—oh my gosh! Honestly, I usually only enjoy chocolate desserts, but now I can say the strawberry beetroot dessert is the most delicious non-chocolate dessert I’ve ever had.

We had driven an hour plus from Brisbane just for Chef Tim’s exquisite lunch. Ms. Shannon was on point in her table service and Mathias was a joy too to talk to. Kudos & Bon Apetit! This is probably the best meal I had on the Gold Coast. Having been in the business for 35 years I do enjoy to find a good restaurant with an innovative menu. Although it is somehow a bit of a Tapas style menu each dish was well presented and a challenge for the palate. The service was excellent with detailed explanation of each dish served. The restaurant itself is small and lacks a bit of atmosphere / decor which makes it a bit noisy. Food wise they deserve a 5 star review and more. Keep it up guys!
