The manager Briana (unsure on correct spelling) deserves one star, every other staff member 5 stars. I’ve never experienced a more unwelcoming manager. The start of our dinner was awesome. Staff were great. We were pretty guttered they had run out of house beer and great northern so had to drink the more expensive of the tap beers. We had booked the first table so half price dining which is the best and as we finished up and needed to pay our bill we were advised by a staff member to pop to the bar and they’ll fix it up for us. We get there and one staff member had no idea what to do so grabbed the manager, the manager then asks what table we are on, I advised I wasn’t sure as I was told to come down and they’ll sort it out. She makes me walk all the way back to our table to check the number and when I get back I mention it wasn’t ok that they didn’t know where we were sitting and made me walk back and check instead of going themselves, she then back chatted saying you could have pointed.. I then mentioned that it wasn’t ok that we were forced to drink the more expensive beer on tap as the house beer had run out and her comment was well we have no control over stock….. which I thought as a manager is completely in your control to ensure you always have stock especially house beer. Overall absolutely horrible service by the manager. Being back chatted directly from her was not ok. The food was average. Why you would put prawns in a hard taco that you have to de tail is beyond me. Was so awkward to eat. The tempura prawns were ok. Definitely will never return after an experience like that with the manager. If you hate your job, just quit. Don’t make customers suffer because you’re unhappy. One positive, the live music was amazing. The lady singing was outstanding.

Great first experience. Our waitress Rianna made us feel welcome and was very attentive. You can tell she has been in the industry for a while and knows how to provide genuine service. The steak was huge and delicious. And the food came out quickly. Thanks for a great first visit guys. We will be back !

We had a private function at White Rhino Surfers Paradise for my sister’s engagement, and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were so beautiful and welcoming, the service was excellent from start to finish. The food was incredible, and everything ran so smoothly. A huge shout-out to Rihanna for making the night extra special. We had such an awesome time and 100% recommend White Rhino for any event or night out. Definitely going back!

A great spot for a family outing! The food is delicious with satisfying portion sizes, and the drinks are good. They even have a bottle of sparkling wine for $40. What really stood out was the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, especially earlier in the evening – perfect for families with kids to relax and enjoy quality time together.

Celebrated my birthday here last night and we had a great time All the staff were lovely and friendly, one of the female staff workers (I didn't get her name but she was blonde) asked if I wanted a birthday shot and came back with a massive cocktail bowl with sparklers, a shot and had everyone sing happy birthday. It was such a lovely thing to do! It was half price steaks too which was perfect. Highly recommend for a gathering with friends
