It's a nice concrete shack on one end of Grand Anse Beach, serving Italian food (pan fried, breaded veal cutlet, beef carpaccio etc) for western tourists (who, lets be honest, are inclined to only rate European food highly). As a Londoner who has lived in Italy, the food is OK, I personally prefer soul-type food and don't see the need to import food thousands of miles just because I refuse to eat local. Each to their own. The location however, is unbeatable, you feel as if you are in your own little beautiful world and the service is good. Great spot with an amazing view beachside. Just a short walk on the beach from Coyaba and just right outside the Radisson. Our server was amazing and attentive. We stopped for cocktails and stayed for dinner. Food was excellent and a different offering from most places on the island. Service was friendly and good, ambience right on the beach but with a relaxed vibe with more chilled low level music than typical which was just right. A very pleasant evening…

It's a nice concrete shack on one end of Grand Anse Beach, serving Italian food (pan fried, breaded veal cutlet, beef carpaccio etc) for western tourists (who, lets be honest, are inclined to only rate European food highly). Cozy little place nestled on arguably the best part of Grand Anse beach. Laid back but attentive service and very tasty food right on the edge of the sand. Gentle breeze, lapping waves and good seafood and pasta dishes!

Another wonderful meal at Micheal & Marina's Beachside Bistro! Excellent service & location on the ivory sand of Grand Anse Beach. The food was superb...fresh, wholesome ingredients paired with the best seafood on the island. So great to have a well balanced homemade iced tea as a beverage. Atmosphere & price point Perfect!
