What a wonderful restaurant! The food is truly exceptional and delicious. The presentation of the dishes is high class as is the design of the whole place. The whole marina boulevard has a very nice atmosphere and the service at L'Optimiste can match that with their kindness and attentiveness. Other than most places you can get an idea of the prices as they have an online menu. Prices are not cheap but average for the marina restaurants. And here they are definitely fair for what you get.

Outstanding, and in a village where there are a couple of good restaurants; don’t miss this little gem. Charming to sit by marina, and service polite and attentive. Wine list, like the menu, well curated and first class. Prices very reasonable, great value for price!

Without doubt, not to be missed. A group of eight sailors stumbled on this wonderful brasserie. And how fortunate were we. Lovely ambiance and exquisite menu explained by the owner/chef. The Oeuf parfait, like something we’ve never had before, was extraordinary. The ravioli superb. Pesche en croute was light and perfectly cooked. And let’s not start on the deserts! All in a little far off town on an island far away. Superb.

I don't usually write reviews but this restaurant is truly special. The food is phenomenal- a balance of intriguing combinations of flavors, yet also simple and approachable. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly and the ambience is just perfect for a port-side modern bistro feeling. I can't recommend it enough!
