Was recommended the honey grilled chicken which was quite underwhelming and did not feel very traditional. The Nem Lui was good and we were able to get extra veges, noodles and rice paper. The crazy pho cocktail was good however, lychee martini would not be recommended. Did not find this place authentic and was quite disappointed. Service was good however - Trang. A Perfect Hanoi Dining Experience! Hanoi Food Culture is a delightful hidden gem in the Old Quarter with a tranquil, beautiful atmosphere. The food was absolutely exceptional! We highly recommend the Vietnamese Spring Rolls—perfectly crispy and flavorful—and the Grilled Chicken with Ginger Honey Sauce, which was incredibly tender and rich. What truly elevated our evening was the service, especially from our server, Lily. She was attentive, kind, and professional, making sure our entire visit was flawless. A must-try spot for great food and fantastic staff! Our first dinner here in Hanoi. And did we come to the right place! The facade of the place was easily recognisable, and I lost track of time trying to get a shot of it. Inside, the ambience was welcoming and warm. Despite being in a relatively large group of 14, we were all treated very warmly by our assigned waiter Quang, who answered our many questions and abode by our weird food restrictions and requests. The food here was absolutely amazing. We started with Vietnamese spring rolls - crunchy skin with succulent filling and fragrant pork meat. There’s also green papaya salad, refreshingly appetising. For veg, we had mushroom brinjal, spiced with basil - it went perfectly with fluffy white rice. And stir fried bak choy that was prepared so simply, showcasing the ultimate freshness of the raw ingredients. Topped it off with teriyaki chicken and roasted fish, we really couldn’t decide which dish we liked best. We then wrapped everything up with a cut of fresh fruits. I am glad we stopped by this little gem in an otherwise unassuming corner of Hanoi. And I recommend you to do the same! Many thanks to Quang for our lovely evening 😁

So peaceful! Food, desserts, cocktails were really good. Ambience is great. Trang, our server, was very kind and accommodating 💛 Our favorites were the apple crumble dessert, and the lemon grass chicken!
