I had an amazing meal here, and the highlight wasn’t just the food but the service. Our waiter Tee was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we sat down. He took the time to explain the menu and even walked us through the right way to eat bún chả, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and authentic. Tee’s warm personality and genuine enthusiasm really stood out — he made us feel like friends, not just customers. The food was fresh and flavorful, but Tee’s friendliness turned a great meal into a memorable one. Highly recommend stopping by — and if you can, ask for Tee

The experience at this restaurant was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, but what truly made it unforgettable was the outstanding service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Wonderful Service and Delicious Vietnamese Food! We had such a great experience at this restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, but what really stood out was the service. Our waiter, Tee, was incredibly attentive and spoke excellent English, which made ordering and asking questions so easy for us as tourists. He went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable, even taking the time to explain a few local dishes and make great recommendations. It was one of those meals that makes you feel both well taken care of and genuinely connected to the local culture. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food and truly kind hospitality!

This was my first stop in Hanoi and it was amazing!! Harry was my server and he was incredible. Super kind and helpful. He made great recommendations and even showed me how to make the fresh spring rolls. The food was delicious. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend for any visitors.

I had the best food experience today at this restaurant that I have had in Hanoi thus far and it was my second visit to this restaurant! Lee welcomed me with great warmness and enthusiasm that you would expect at a Michelin star restaurant and as a previous restaurant owner I highly rate his service and the owner of this establishment should count themselves lucky for having such a top class staff member who I project big things for in the future. Excellent service!! Lee guided me to the best dish to order to get the full local experience. Following his recommendation I ordered the Vietnamese pancake with chicken filling and the flaovours and fresh ingredients were truly unbelievable! One of the most delicious things I've ever eaten! I was shown step by step the best way to eat the dish, packed with fresh herbs, vegetables and the pancake itself all wrapped into rice paper (you wrap yourself) and dipped into a delicious sauce. I also ordered the chicken spring rolls which were amazing. On my previous visit I ordered beef fried rice and the duck spring rolls which were all top notch. The sauce that comes with the duck rolls is unreal! This place was recommended to me by a friend who visited Hanoi years ago and I now recommend this place to the world! If you are in Hanoi make sure you visit this place!
