The staff is amazing, the food /restaurant is more tourist oriented (higher prices but still very affordable for travellers) , the food is good. Beef with black pepper sauce is the best of what we tried. We just were a little disappointed that the beef fried rice that was supposed to be served with soup did not come with one and was super bland. Also, 60% of the time spent here was waiting for receipt😅 food came out SUPER fast, but we just were not able to pay and leave just as fast

If you're craving some seriously good eats, you've gotta check out the place with the awesome food. They're serving up some really authentic Vietnamese dishes that are just bursting with flavor. Plus, the service was top-notch, with a super friendly server named Conor making the whole experience even better. Seriously, it's a spot that comes highly recommended for a reason.

Loved the food here. Having had a meat heavy breakfast, we decided to have to go for vegetarian food. We tried the veg yellow noodles and vietnamese style curry customised for veg only. Loved the notes. Both the noodle and the rice curry had deep flavors and left us wanting more. Wonderful service as well. Lookout for Zed, who politely informed us about our food options and also told us a bit about Hanoi. Good people good food

We were recommended to have a good dinner at this restaurant by our Hotel staff. We cannot recommend this place enough ... food is AMAZING ... we had the Green Papaya salad with Char Sui Pork. This we followed up with the Beef Luk Lok served with rice and salad. Some of the best we have had on our travels. Staff are welcoming and friendly, but we need to mention Tommy, our waiter, who went over and above to ensure that we were happy with our choices of food and drinks, came to check that we had eaten enough and made a very good attempt at persuading us with dessert ... Tommy, we promise to return to try the desserts ... we were just too full on this occasion. Not only was Tommy attentive to our table but we observed him offering everyone who entered the same warm and welcoming experience. Thank you Tommy. From walking in to out, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Tungs. Don't walk past this place!

Decent food, hilariously chaotic service 😆 We were definitely entertained! The morning glory is really good here 🙌 though I’d pass on the lotus root in the future because none of us could make out the 5 spice on it. Great spot for vegan food when everything else is closed ✌️
