A popular chain restaurant that specializes in oyster, Specialty Ouster First is conveniently located in the same building housing all the Okonomi Yaki restaurants. I came on a Saturday at 13:30 but there was still a line. Obviously you can make a reservation but I did not have one. I managed to secure a spot for one in less than 40 minutes so it wasn’t bad. The ¥1500 set is perfect for one. The warm oysters were fresh and full of umami juice. Absolutely delicious. Plus they were really big. The raw oysters I ordered were also fresh despite being smaller. The flavor is more intense, good with bubbly The waiter was nice and could speak English. I was offered a complimentary pastry at checkout, which I believed was a local 名物 FOOD 4 Variety of different grilled and raw oyster concoctions and drinks at reasonable prices. SERVICE 4 Friendly and quick. ATMOSPHERE 3 Not much of an atmosphere to speak of. OVERALL 4 I would return! A restaurant specializing on oysters. Located at the first floor of Okonomiyaki-mura, this resto was packed all the time. They serve both raw and grilled oyster with different styles and sauces at a super reasonable price. Other than the oysters, they also have menus you would find in an izakaya, making it a good place if you want to eat until you are full. 5 outta 5 Good experience of oyster dishes! From outside look likes they only serve you fresh oyester but they offer several menu of oyster Udon, Curry rice, fired ..etc! I enjoy very belive it or not all the pics I order 3 dishes for myself! Good atmosphere, crew are able to speck English however if you come in group at evening I will suggest you to book in advance.
