The best meal we had on our trip to Japan! Incredible tasting menu, excellent friendly service, and an amazing atmosphere. Will be back here again! The chef’s made our experience personal and welcoming. The best wagyu beef I’ve ever had! We had an amazing evening tonight. It started with some delicious sake, with me having a lovely light dry one and my wife having a semi-sweet one to accompany the most delicious buttery oysters that I think I've ever had. My wife then went on to have the Hiroshima ramen which was made with a pork soy broth and lovely fresh noodles prepared in house. She said that it was the best ramen that she'd ever had, and she's eaten a lot. I had the Hiba (Hiroshima's own type of wagyu) rump cap steak, which melted in my mouth like butter. Definitely worth visiting, next time I'm in the city, we'll make a beeline for it, and will make sure we're hungry. It was the best meal we'd had in Japan for the week that we've been there. Very lovely restaurant and best place in Hiroshima with outstanding quality/ freshness of products. We had an amazing evening with delicious food and a very welcoming host. Watching the kitchen staff preparing the specialities with a lot of patience and creativity was the icing on the cake. Would defiantly go there again!

We had an amazing evening tonight. Very lovely restaurant and best place in Hiroshima with outstanding quality/ freshness of products. We had an amazing evening with delicious food and a very welcoming host. Incredible restaurant, a must in Hiroshima… Japan alone. We have been in the country for 12 days and this was our best experience. If you love locally grown food, a great décor and amazing service, this is the place to go. A spécial Thank you to the chef for our best gastronomy experience in JAPAN.

Wow, this restaurant was truly special. Chef Tosh was so kind and fun to talk to. The food was amazing, especially paired with the wine they had available. The beef was rich and soft. The oysters were smooth and clean. The chicken liver pate was some of the best i’ve had. The cool and casual vibe of the restaurant felt contemporary and comfortable. A great date spot :) We will definitely come back here the next time we visit Hiroshima!
