The food was very good and unique. If you want to get a taste of creative local Vietnamese food you can get it here. Service was especially good thanks to Jim who helped make sure everything was in order. He was very patient and took the time make recommendations, explain each dish and the recommended way to enjoy each dish. The decorations also elaborately incorporated stylish Vietnamese elements. Definitely would recommend this to my friends.

Food @bredgyeats for more follow posts! A taste of the North in Saigon, this classic pork dish ensures you won't forget its origins and its remarkable taste. Grilled pork patties were juicy, tender and not overly fatty, with a subtly crisp exterior and a smoky char to awaken your taste buds. The perfectly caramelized pork belly, however, were the real highlight. Marinated in a rich, addictive sweet-savory sauce, the rendered fat added a lush mouthfeel without being greasy, while each bite combined a tender bite and a light crispness, like the best bacon you've ever tasted. It all comes around to the dip, a balanced blend of sweet and tangy fish sauce, along with crunchy pickled carrots, radish, fresh lettuce and herbs to bring a vibrant lift to each bite. Visually striking and texturally layered, each bite of this prawn salad is served within delicate lotus petals, offering a subtle floral undertone. Inside, a mix of airy rice puffs, savory dried prawns, pork belly, and vegetables brings a party of textures, but then comes the unforgettable fish sauce. The liquid gold of the sea, it was umami-rich, complex and sweet, elevating the dish beyond its individual ingredients. Sipping the sunset for a refreshing and tangy reprieve. The pineapple, orange, passionfruit and strawberry create a layered experience of a light bubbly foam on top, a pulpy intermediate, and pure juice at the bottom that bursts of tropical sunshine to cool down and refresh the palate.

We came to the restaurant after work the place was quiet and peaceful. My friend and I ordered traditional Vietnamese dishes, and we were both very satisfied with the food. The server was helpful and discreet. Thank you, Jim, for your kind assistance! Definitely recommend this place

Just had a lovely meal with associates at Vi Saigon Restaurant 🌿✨ The food was super tasty, full of authentic flavors yet beautifully presented. Nina's service was friendly and quick, which made everything even better. Loved the comfy and chill vibe inside — perfect for catching up with friends or just relaxing over good food. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in Saigon!

The food here is absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful Vietnamese dishes that hit all the right notes. But what really elevates the experience is Dat, our waiter, who was even better with his spot-on recommendations and friendly energy. The vibes are super chill and welcoming, making it a must-try spot for anyone craving authentic Viet cuisine! Highly recommend!
