Over Easy

Stopped by here during my long layover at HNL. I was seated at the counter which is perfect to check out the kitchen actions. The staff is very efficient but friendly, my order arrived in a few minutes. The shrimp burger definitely hits the spot. The wasabi whipped cream and the pickled cabbage give the extra kick to the deep fried shrimp patty. I just wish there's small chunks of shrimp in the patty which would add to the texture. The seasoning and the toasted brioche buns are perfect complementary to the sandwich. The mixed green salad is heavily dressed in avocado sauce and it's on the sweeter side, perhaps a dash of lemon juice for a bit acidity. I would return for their breakfast and juice menu next time.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful brunch at Over Easy. Everything we ordered was delicious!! Very Generous portions at reasonable prices. Great atmosphere and customer service. Good robust coffee! *An order of 2 Pancakes can feed 2 people very easily * I ordered the Mango pancakes they were so good but my Mother-in-law & I should have taken the advice of our wonderful server and shared a plate! I only ate half of the pancakes and my Mother-in-law took her pancakes to go!

During our stay, we dined at Over Easy and it ended up being the best meal of our entire trip. The service was quick, the food came out fast, and every dish was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. We were seated much sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise given how popular the restaurant is. The overall experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend Over Easy to anyone visiting the area for the first time. It’s absolutely worth the stop.

Great food! I got the custard French toast and it was delicious!! Good portion sizes, but i had to get the half because it was just too much food for one person. Everyone is super friendly and the kitchen is buzzing! Loved the experience and cant wait to be back!!!

Parking is tight in the area but plenty of pay to park within a quarter of a mile or so. Upon arrival you enter your info into the pad to get entered into queue. Table was ready within 5 min or so, they have seating both in and outside. Restroom around the corner. Now the good stuff…. Their food is amazing! The Kaluah pig hash was massive with enough to take home for breakfast the next day. Wonderful mix of flavors, would definitely order again. Husband said fried egg sandwich was flavorful. The orange-pineapple juice was delish. All in all we were very satisfied with both the service and food, would definitely return.
