Here’s the real deal: If you’re Indonesian and used to experienced a flavorful spices, this resto is good to try but don’t set the bar as you expected (mine was really high lol). Bastian try to keep the authenticity for the taste, they did. All food are good in their own way, but after being filled with these dishes, somehow i just don’t get the satisfaction i expected. But good experience anyway! Oh, their pizza and bread are amazing. Burrata and watermelon appetizer is interesting but not to my liking, not really go together. The pesto pasta is really good, must try!!! The service was good, staffs are really helpful. Really love the vibes, and the dahlia on the table. First time to Bastian, and we love all the food, ambience and great service. The food amazingly delicious and we love the live music although we difficult chit chat because too loud. May be better live music starts from 9pm. The waiters helpful too.

Burrata and watermelon appetizer is interesting but not to my liking, not really go together. The pesto pasta is really good, must try!!! The service was good, staffs are really helpful. Really love the vibes, and the dahlia on the table.

First time to Bastian, and we love all the food, ambience and great service. The food amazingly delicious and we love the live music although we difficult chit chat because too loud. May be better live music starts from 9pm. The waiters helpful too.

Bastian is an Italian restaurant, and all the dishes we ordered were truly enjoyable, with the pasta cooked perfectly al dente. For starters, the bread was delicious, soft, not at all dry, and had a wonderfully crusty exterior. The charcuterie board was a bit pricey, offering a small portion of pork ham and thinly sliced Parma ham, but the ham was undeniably fresh. The Busiatte alla tartufo was a very unique pasta dish, at least in my experience, featuring pasta cooked al dente with a soft texture, and a truly delicious truffle sauce with a strong truffle aroma; I highly recommend this distinctive pasta. The Basque Crab Mafaldine was also a good pasta dish, complemented by a wonderful sauce. The kurobuta pork chop was the best pork chop I have had in an Italian restaurant at Jakarta, incredibly juicy and tender, and the mashed potatoes were soft, smooth, and delicate, creating an amazing combination with the pork chop.

Food and ambience was beyond excellent! really love the Escargot & Bucatini Pasta! The service was also top notch! big thanks to Mas Ade Bagus & Mas Rival, thank you so much for the complimentary dessert! for sure will be coming back here 🩷
