It's all about the rooftop ... 26th floor, cool music pumping, breeze, cool air (after the rain), cozy outdoor set up, views and vibes ... absolutely amazing, the perfect hangout place ... gotta be on of the best rooftop anywhere in Jakarta ... PITY, drinks are well overpriced and rubbish ... $20.00 Malbec wines charged at around AUD$140.00/bottle ... worse are these wines from Aldi's supermarkets? Cover charge Rp. 200k (AUD$20.00) including a drink ... beer, and a Gordon's G&T, serving Gordon at a venue in this calibre? Service is another plus, well done and thabk you for your hospitality.

We were there during weekdays, and place was almost empty unlike weekends - great for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar has nice view. The restaurant's motto is Chinese cuisine in a modern way. The kitchen is sparkling clean and modern. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. The rice noodles in 和牛炒河粉 (Wok fry wangyu ho fun) should be cooked more al dente to make them more chewy and not so soft.

Tried their sunday brunch AYCE dim sum. Excellent taste and many various of foods. Love their dimsum, crispy pork and peking duck 👍

From the moment we stepped out of the car, the security and hostess were very welcoming and explained everything clearly. Once we arrived on the 25th floor, the reception team greeted us warmly and escorted us to our table. However, our experience with the initial waitress wasn’t great. She came across as unwelcoming and seemed to underestimate us. At one point, she even took the drink menu away from me after I had asked to keep it. I raised this concern with another staff member, who turned out to be the supervisor. I told him we’d prefer to be assisted by someone else, and he responded quickly and professionally. He assigned us a new waitress who was very kind, attentive, and helpful. The supervisor also personally escorted us to the rooftop, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a good experience. We really appreciated how well the team handled our concern and made the rest of the evening enjoyable.

I visited Chao Chao last Tuesday and was very impressed with the dining experience there. The service was excellent, and the reservation process was very smooth. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, with no misses. Since the appetizers and main courses were so good, I had high expectations for the dessert as well. I ordered the tiramisu, but unfortunately, the flavor didn’t quite suit our taste (perhaps it could use some flavor improvement). Nevertheless, the overall dining experience at ChaoChao was delightful. A special thank you t Ms. Silvi, who provided great menu recommendations, patiently explained the details of the dishes, and served us with such warmth. Her exceptional service truly added extra points to our dining experience. Thank you!
