I came here a couple of years ago and just revisited, it’s still as good as I remember. We got lucky with the pay 1 get 2 deal and enjoyed a fantastic meal. There was a wide variety of options: Chinese, Japanese, Indian, and Western dishes and of course Padang corner which makes it so special. There were also plenty of desserts, modern and traditional ones, as well as fresh fruit. The welcome drink was also delicious! Tip: skip breakfast if you want to fully enjoy all the delicacies. The place was a bit crowded for its space, and since it was raining, there was no outdoor seating available otherwise, it would have been perfect. Plus side: 1. So many food options but my stomach space is very limited 2. Their food is extremely good, I would recommend the roast lamb, beef and fried chicken and I highly recommend the potato gratin 3. You get one coffee for free 4. Best place to celebrate birthday Minus side: 1. Price is a bit high, like Rp 600,000 per person, you need to use credit card offer, it will save you 20-25% 2. One suggestion to the restaurant is to replace the glass because it smells weird Huge varieties of Food display. Most importantly, Shangri-La Jakarta chefs were competent. Special compliments to Chef Have enjoyed. I and my wife enjoyed for his pastries and conversation, Chef Asok for Indian breakfast and filter coffee and Jia Restaurant Malaysian chef for his Malaysian Chinese crusine. Special compliments to waiters Harini and other staffs. Cleanness and ambience were super. Excellent services at restaurants and Club room waiters,reception.

SATOO never disappoints! This isn’t my first time dining here, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff are consistently kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. This time was extra special because they surprised my dad with a little birthday treat, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Highly recommended for both the food and the outstanding service❤️
