For the past 8 years, this has been my go-to place for good food and meet-up with friends. The vibe and view combined is unbeatable. Truly a gem in the heart of Jakarta. The drinks are tastefully made (I usually order their cocktails). Although the menu has changed a bit from year to year, any food on the menu is a delicious alternative. The service is great! I've introduced this place to so many friends of mine, and they also keep coming back. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Social House is a stylish “all-day dining + lounge + wine bar” concept operated by the Ismaya Group.  It is designed to cater for a wide range of occasions — from breakfast or lunch to late-night drinks.  ⸻ Ambience & Interior It features a spacious layout split into main dining, lounge, and bar / winepost / wine display areas. Design elements lean toward industrial chic + natural touches: wood (timber panels, wooden furniture), exposed concrete or steel, and accents of greenery or “soft” elements to balance the raw materials.  In daytime, the space feels airy and open; in the evening, it transitions into a warm, ambient environment suitable for conversations and socializing.  Capacity is fairly generous — some sources mention up to ~120 people.  ⸻ Food, Drinks & Menu Highlights Offers international cuisine with a broad selection — Western, Asian, comfort food, sharing plates, etc.  They also promote having 300+ wine choices (wine shop / winepost concept) to accompany meals.  Recent menu revamps emphasize comfort food and familiar flavors in a refined presentation.  We had the fish and also roast chicken, both were good! My cocktails were very good!!!  ⸻ Service is generally praised as friendly, attentive, mindful. I think their price is quite reasonable. I’ll be back again. Oh! Please do not forget to request for non smoking seatings if u are a non smoker. I didn’t like where we sat because it smells too much of people smoking. Other than that, everything’s great!! They have live band at 9pm too - not sure if it is everyday.

Had a great dinner here. Food was great, service was great, price was fine except 1 thing. They ask you if you would like some water, that's normal. But they ask 120++ for a bottle of water!?!? Thats more expensive than a giant desert we've got. You can have a main dish for that price That 120++ for a bottle of water is just a ripp off and takes away from the amazing dinner we've hadn't

the food was a 10/10 the taste is so rich it melts so nicely👌🏻 the service was so good, served by Mr. Gen who guided us well. the ambience is so comfertable & cozy. over all was so good, probably will coming back to taste other menus👌🏻

Had a great experience at Social House GI! The ambiance was cozy and perfect for a chill meal. Big shoutout to Juan, our server. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Great service really made the visit even better. Will definitely come back again!
