I was staying next door at Travelers and decided to check out 1Fusion — glad I did! The food was very good and was authentic, with great flavors all around. My server, Chantal, gave me some solid recommendations and really took good care of me throughout the meal. The vibe was relaxed, and being right on the beach made it even better. Definitely a spot I’d come back to next time I’m in Negril.

I had the pleasure of dining at 1Fusion for the second time this year, and let me just say what an unforgettable experience! I ordered the Ackee and Saltfish, and from the very first bite, I was hooked. The flavors were vibrant, authentic, and perfectly seasoned truly a taste of the islands! It was so delicious that I couldn’t help myself…I had to order an additional side just to savor it a little longer. The lady there was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt like a blend of comfort with an amazing view of the ocean. If I would have been prepared I would have went for a dip. 1Fusion has officially set the bar for Caribbean cuisine. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. If you haven’t been, you’re seriously missing out.

Our favourite place for food and drinks while we stayed in Negril. Please visit!! Great location and sunset view. We loved the jerk pork and the cocktails were delicious. Nadine looked after us so well, and is so amazing at karaoke. Thanks for having us and for looking after us and everyone so well. We will defs be back when we’re in Negril!

The food we had tonight was truly amazing. The jerk chicken was to die for, can tell it was cooked the proper way. My wife had the curry goat and said it fell of the bone . Compliments to the chef and staff made our evening very delightful.

this beast of a restaurant is open 24/7 to provide you with good atmosphere, drinks and food, right at the beach. Staff is unbelievably friendly and the food is amazing. We tried the lobster, the jerk, the burgers... everything was amazing. We also tried nearly every cocktail on the list and they're all awesome and prepared with love, care and skill. After our first visit we came multiple times a day, everyday just to hang out with the relaxed people, listen to the good music, have a drink, a smoke or some good food. This place is a must visit. Big love to the people there, we will miss you!
