Disappointing experience!!! We ordered a Lime juice while having lunch,they served the same after we waiting for 10-15 minutes post lunch. So we asked them to pack the lime juice, they packed the lime juice in a curry container with a straw, 'cleverly' packed as a parcel. When asked, they said they don't have a juice container. Also they don't even have tissues in handwash area, when asked they gave the tissues served in dining space. Please maintain basic amenities.

Food was decent overall. The paneer butter masala was good, and the falooda was also nice. A satisfying meal.

One of the best restaurants in Palakkad. I recently visited Noorjehan Open Grill Restaurant in between my Coimbatore journey. I really loved the place. Mainly the food and service they’ve provided is amazing. The hot and sour chicken soup was very nice. Also we had chicken chilly, Chicken Biriyani and fried rice. Every food they served is really tasty and delicious. I loved the service of their captain, one of the senior captain took order from us and he treated us very nicely. When it comes to ambiance, it’s really good. And also you will get a good parking space.

Latest review as on 31st May 2025- Menu has been reduced to 2 pages This is now a typical Kerala fare restaurant with very limited options Good quality food but then this quality is available anywhere else too Hence really disappointed Below is previous review of 28 December 2021 Pathetic service + Awesome food that’s what I would sum up my experience here We entered at 8.45 and our order was taken half an hour later with another half an hour for food preparation I would say the food was definitely worth the wait although the manager did nothing to assuage our concerns regarding slow service Ambience is top class and minute attention was given to the cutlery too Must visit restaurant if you are in the vicinity of Palakkad 👍

I recently visited Noorjehan Open Grill in Palakkad and had a good experience! The non-veg food is good. Ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed dinner. Staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the warm atmosphere. Only drawback is the slightly higher price range. However, the quality and taste of the food is a choice for special occasions or a treat.
