The Roof was very nice, they have a vehicle that takes you from the parking lot at the bottom of the hill to the restaurant costing 50thb per person for both ways. Something that isn’t mentioned before getting in the vehicle or while booking. And then you just get charged when you get to the restaurant. Despite that, the service and food was good, although slightly on the pricier end for Thailand. The seating isn’t very practical for eating in as it is a bean bag and a low table but works very well for aesthetics. And the view was incredible! We went around 5:00pm on a day with low cloud cover and it had been raining most of the day but this didn’t ruin the experience at all. Honestly would recommend going. We loved our experience.

The setting and view are truly wonderful, and the presentation of the dishes is very impressive. However, we felt the taste didn’t quite match the appearance, especially considering the price (2,000 baht)for 2 persons. I tried the Tom yam soup, prawn with vermicelli, fish & vegetables — it looked beautiful, but the texture and flavor weren’t to my liking. My husband had the fish with chili, which was also nicely presented but not as enjoyable as expected. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for the atmosphere and photos, though the food may not be the highlight.

A whole different experience for us. Beautiful seatings overlooking the island. The food is delicious and the service was incredible. We were on a scooter so we stopped at their shuttle service on the right. 50 tb per person both ways up and down from the restaurant which is about 6 min drive. We didn't want to risk it and gladly we did stop for the shuttle service as the road was steep and it needs some experience riding up and down ( was even tougher a ride). We tried the fried fish and it was great. We also liked the mango sticky rice and we enjoyed it with the stunning views in front of us. We didn't make a reservation but you can in case you go in a busy season or timing. I definitely recommend it.

Go there for a sunset view, have to make a booking in advance as it’s very busy. It’s a tourist spot so the prices don’t really match the value of the food. Great atmosphere and the vibes are immaculate. When you make the booking, keep in mind you will travel via 4x4 up very steep hill.
