Good food, great ambience but what lacked was their hospitality. The staff doesn’t try to communicate (they don’t speak English and i can understand that but there’s a lack of effort from their end, and i found it difficult to understand or explain anything). Curries were really good! Desserts were just average. We came here few weeks ago, so glad we found this place , fantastic food , amazing service . Met the owner and his family, most hospitable, had a great chat . Definitely will return when we are next back in Krabi . What a joy to experience this Krabi institution. What a joy to experience this Krabi institution. Been here for over 30 years and this place is so enjoyable and delicious! The interior is nice and air conditioned and super clean. Everything at this restaurant is immaculate. The food was incredible and worthy of being a must stop in Krabi town. Lots of local dishes and everything was outstanding. The restaurant also has parking so everything about it is convenient.

Go there for the southern style food. It's apparently a legendary restaurant with many recommendations. We ordered multiple items and everything was good. The fried fish stood out for us, it was so well done at the ideal amount. The only disappointment was one of the desserts, but will say they are not famous for that. You should definitely try it out if you are in Krabi.
